On July 20, on the official opening day of San Diego Comic Con 2017, I was very fortunate to attend the Marvel’s “Legion” Panel.
Now originally my plans was to attend the Marvel’s “Inhumans” panel that came after. But honestly, I didn’t know that there was a panel for Legion. So you can say that I got into the panel on accident. Anyway as I was walking into the panel room, the moderator of the panel showed a clip from season one of Legion, which looked amazing. This of course leaded up to the moderator bring out the cast and crew of the show, which includes Dan Stevens (David Haller/Legion), Rachel Keller (Syd Barrett), Aubrey Plaza (Lenny Busker), Jermie Harris (Ptonomy Wallace), Jean Smart (Melanie Bird), Bill Irwin (Cary Loudermilk), Amber Midthunder (Kerry Loudermilk), and the director Noah Hawley. They discuss about their characters on the show and they describe how it was working on the set. They joked on stages and answered question from the audience about the show. Overall, I had a great time in the Legion panel. It’s funny that I wasn’t planning on going to the panel, and yet this was my favorite panel at Comic Con. After leaving the panel, it gotten me interested in the series again, and I will be going back and binge watch the series to prepare myself for season 2 of Legion on FX, which is coming in 2018. Until next time, “Be Easy and Stay Epic!”
