Today Nintendo have announced another Nintendo Direct for tomorrow, May 17. This Nintendo Direct will focus on updates for the Nintendo Wii U. Attention all Pokemon fans! If you’re a fan of the Pokemon Eevee, then today is your lucky day. Today, the special Eevee edition Nintendo 3DS LL was officially announced…but only in Japan. Of course we Americans won’t be getting this special edition, but what else is new. Now the Eevee 3DS LL will be released across the Pokemon Centres in Japan. Now the only way to get this special 3DS LL is through the lottery, which begins today through June 3. If this is successful, then it will cost 18900 Yen and can be purchase from June 22.
Nintendo is partnering with the Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens on Memorial Day weekend (May 24-27) to host an event on the L.A. Zoo grounds. The four-day event will feature fun activities for all members of the family, including an interactive experience at the Campo Gorilla Reserve, various demo stations where attendees can play the Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D game and coupon giveaways for $5 off the game at participating GameStop retail stores. For the weekend, the gorilla area will be temporarily renamed the “Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D at Campo Gorilla Reserve.”
Today in the latest issue of the Japanese magazine CoroCoro, it revealed 4 new Pokemon for the upcoming Pokemon X and Y. The four Pokemon that are featured in the picture scan above are Gogoat (The goat looking pokemon), Elikiteru (the lizard looking pokemon), Yayakoma (the bird pokemon), and Yancham (the panda bear looking pokemon). Also, CoroCoro showed off the new trainers that will be part of Pokemon X and Y. Plus, Pokemon X and Y will take place in a new region called Karos.
